Poses I love the most

To kickstart my day with energy and focus, I begin with a series of grounding yoga poses. I usually start with Child’s Pose to center myself and connect with my breath. From there, I transition into Cat-Cow Pose to wake up my spine and gently stretch my back. Next, I flow into Downward-Facing Dog to lengthen my body and stretch my hamstrings. I then move into Warrior I and Warrior II to build strength and openness in my hips and shoulders. Finally, I finish with Mountain Pose to stand tall, find balance, and set a positive intention for the day ahead. These poses help me feel energized, focused, and ready to take on whatever comes my way.
