<3 to <3 flow
Gajos kupolas, 2025
A heart-centered flow designed to connect breath, movement, and emotion. Through gentle sequences and mindful stillness, we open space for deeper connection — with ourselves, each other, and the summer light around us.

This midsummer, we gathered in the heart of the forest, inside the glowing Gaia Dome, with the stillness of the lake nearby. The evening felt charged with possibility — that particular midsummer magic where the air is warm, the light lingers, and time seems to stretch.
We began by arriving together, settling onto our mats, and breathing with the rhythm of the forest around us. The Vinyasa warm-up gently guided us into our bodies — moving from stillness to flow, from the surface to a deeper connection within. Each breath became an invitation to soften, to release, and to meet the night with openness.
As the practice unfolded, we shifted into a partner flow — heart to heart — exploring shapes of support, balance, and shared movement. There was playfulness, laughter, and moments of quiet trust as we leaned into one another — both literally and energetically. The forest seemed to hold us, amplifying that feeling of being part of something larger than ourselves.
When the sun began to set, we gathered into a circle, hands and hearts joined. The harmonium’s first notes rang out and we began to chant the Sita Ram mantra together. The sound built and swirled inside the dome, spilling out through the open door to the trees beyond. It felt like a blessing — a prayer offered to the night, to the earth, to each other.
As the last notes faded, we sat together in stillness, feeling the quiet joy of connection. The evening closed not with words but with smiles, embraces, and the shared warmth of midsummer light still glowing in our chests.
This gathering reminded us of what midsummer truly celebrates — life, love, and the beauty of being fully present together.
